Remote Investment Representative

Summary

Join Wealthsimple, a fintech company on a mission to help everyone achieve financial freedom, as an Investment Representative. You will execute manual trades, support the Client Success team, and deliver extraordinary client experiences.

Requirements

• Bilingualism (French & English)
• Industry Experience: 2 years or more of investment industry experience as an IR or similar
• Have extreme precision and attention to detail
• Are an excellent communicator and know how to explain complex concepts and work with a variety of people
• Are comfortable digging through data to find and analyze desired information
• Have great analytical and prioritization skills. You know how to balance what needs to be done with what’s possible to do
• Embrace technology and the role it plays in financial services
• Possess a passion, curiosity, and energy for finance + investing
• Thrive in client-facing situations

Responsibilities

• Deliver an amazing client experience; no matter what
• Build a foundation of investment, personal finance and stock trading knowledge
• Execute regular tasks for Clients including manual trades in collaboration with cross-functional partners across Wealthsimple
• Identify operational improvements to improve productivity and efficiency for trading processes
• Be a key part in monitoring, facilitating and improving operational processes and working with our back-office to deliver an exceptional service to our clients
• Build training materials and information to share with other Client Success teams in the organization
• Participate in strong feedback loops in a meaningful way as we launch new Product features
