  • Responsible for taking on team escalations and client complaints, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Responsible for leading a team of registered agents, provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews, coach and develop Investment Representatives and ensure effective performance management
  • Work with product teams, trade desk and operations team to modify and enhance product specifications to meet client demand
  • Identify operational improvements to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Be responsible for overseeing risk and meeting compliance requirements across all of our trading processes
  • Grow team expertise to align with business demand and objectives; assess team skills and capabilities and continually look for ways to provide and enhance value delivered

As the leader of our Investment Representatives, you will be responsible for handling client questions and overseeing risk and meeting compliance requirements. We manage hundreds of millions of dollars, so the stakes are high. We want to deliver extraordinary experiences that meet our client’s on-demand expectations while being a compliance leader.

Please note, this role is not eligible for our 90 Days Away Program as per CIRO guidelines.

Required CSI certifications and registrations, no exceptions: CSC, CPH, DFOL, OSC and IDSC

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
