Investor Relations and Corporate Development Leader

Summary

Join Feedzai's Finance Team as the Investor Relations and Corporate Development Leader, managing relationships with investors and stakeholders while driving corporate development initiatives. You will develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, prepare presentations for investor meetings, handle investor inquiries, and coordinate investor materials. Responsibilities also include identifying and evaluating strategic partnerships, conducting market research, collaborating with internal teams on potential transactions, and supporting due diligence processes. You will contribute to strategic planning, analyze key financial metrics, monitor industry trends, and assist in preparing for IPO/exit processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (MBA preferred) and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate development, or investment banking, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and key stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver presentations for investor meetings, roadshows, and quarterly earnings calls
• Handle investor inquiries and provide updates on company performance and strategic direction
• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of investor materials, including annual reports and investor presentations
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities, acquisitions, and investments to support company growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform corporate development strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess synergies, financial impacts, and integration plans for potential transactions
• Support due diligence processes and financial modeling for proposed deals
• Contribute to the company’s strategic planning process, setting up yearly 3-5 years strategic and financial planning process aligning corporate development initiatives with overall business objectives
• Analyze and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions
• Assist in preparing for the IPO and /or Exit process, including due diligence and financial support
• Support communication strategies to ensure clear messaging to investors and the market
