Requirements
- 10+ years experience at a leading management consulting, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or business development role in a high growth technology company
- Excellent valuation/analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and a keen business sense
- Superior communication (written/verbal), presentation and meeting facilitation skills
- Ability to flex between high-level strategic thinking and deep-dive analytical problem solving
- Agile self-starter with desire to own and be accountable for projects
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible work environments
Responsibilities
- Identify core and critical issues to business performance and clearly communicate strategy, progress, and results across organizational boundaries and levels
- End to end ownership for high priority cross functional strategic projects, from ideation through to implementation and tracking
- Identify new opportunities to accelerate our core businesses, while also driving evaluation of future growth opportunities
- Research new markets, identify key trends, and translate data into actionable insights
- Drive the entire M&A process including inorganic strategies, market scans, target valuation, due diligence, and deal negotiations
- Partner with business leaders on strategy development, including identifying product gaps, evaluating build/buy/partner options, and collaborating on target selection criteria
- Develop pipeline of prospective targets
- Partner with key business unit partners to evaluate opportunities and drive to informed decisions
- Support M&A and investment opportunities through negotiation, execution, and due diligence, including financial modeling and valuation
- Guide and support post-acquisition integration efforts
- Develop network of industry contacts, venture capital firms, and investment banking/advisory executives to bring knowledge of market trends and opportunities to bear on strategic discussions
Benefits
The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 - $245,000
