Phi Labs is seeking a self-starting Investor Relations Manager with global work experience, specifically within Europe/APAC, to join their remote team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in investor relations and treasury management, a deep understanding of financial modeling, investing, and investment management, and a strong network in the crypto market.

Requirements

• Global work experience is required, specifically within Europe/APAC
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, investing, and investment management
• 5+ years experience with a focus on investors relations and treasury management with equity and tokens
• Strong understanding of the crypto market, DeFi, and traditional finance
• Experience working with commercial agreements, including creating and negotiating agreements outside of standard sales contracts
• A deep and relevant network including industry leaders and executives

Responsibilities

Manage investor relations, OTC, and treasury management for the team
