• Strong organizational skills to manage follow-ups and maintain detailed records

Responsibilities

• Get on calls with potential real estate investors, answer their objections, and persuade them to commit to a loan
• Conduct follow-ups through texting and emailing to nurture leads and maintain engagement
• Follow up with leads after initial calls to ensure continued interest and progress in the loan process
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking all interactions and statuses
• Source and prospect new leads to expand the potential client base
