Senior Solutions Consultant

Join our vibrant and diverse team as a Senior Solutions Consultant in the Client Growth department, supporting the company's biggest opportunities by collaborating closely with our sales team.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or a similar role, ideally in the software or information services industry
• Demonstrated expertise in intellectual property management, R&D processes, and innovation workflows
• Proven ability to work alongside sales teams on high-value deals, especially with large global organizations or major R&D investors
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value
• Experience with SaaS platforms, preferably related to R&D, IP, or innovation management
• A track record of building rapport with key stakeholders and providing excellent client service

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team on high-profile opportunities, providing technical expertise to secure key accounts
• Understand and analyze clients’ R&D, IP, and innovation challenges to design customized solutions that leverage Patsnap’s platform
• Maintain deep knowledge of Patsnap’s product features, industry trends, and broader market insights, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
• Ensure client success and retention by providing expert consultations and supporting the effective deployment of new platform features
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve any technical challenges swiftly and maintain a seamless client experience
• Lead workshops, webinars, and training sessions to educate clients on best practices for leveraging our platform to drive innovation and manage IP
• Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities, expanding platform usage within existing client accounts
