Join Vosyn, a leading Language Synthesis AI firm, as an Investor Relations and Outreach Intern! This 3-month, remote (with hybrid options in Toronto) internship offers a chance to contribute to a company on the verge of an IPO. You will support the development and execution of investor relations strategies, conduct market research, prepare investor communications, and coordinate investor meetings. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field and strong understanding of investor relations and financial modeling. This role provides invaluable experience in a fast-paced startup environment, allowing you to work directly with senior management and enhance your resume with unique experiences.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of investor relations, stakeholder communications, and outreach strategies
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, or similar tools)
• Familiarity with market research and creating investor presentations or reports
• Knowledge of corporate finance principles and financial statements
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of investor relations strategies to maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors
• Conduct research on potential investors, industry trends, and market opportunities to identify outreach targets
• Assist in preparing investor communications, including presentations, reports, newsletters, and updates on company performance
• Coordinate and support investor meetings, calls, and events, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups
• Analyze financial performance data and market trends to provide insights for investor discussions and outreach strategies
• Maintain and update the investor database, ensuring accurate records of communications and engagement activities
• Stay informed about industry developments, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to support outreach and relationship-building efforts
