Requirements

  • Education in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Proven experience in account management, client onboarding, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger coding
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in business processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Google Suites, Pixydocs)

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the initial setup of the invoice processing system, involving the AP Consultants when necessary. Ensure seamless integration of the machine learning model with clients' existing AP practices
  • Assist in the customization of the system to align with clients' specific GL coding requirements. Work closely with clients to understand their AP processes and tailor the model to meet their needs
  • Monitor the performance of the machine learning model and initiate retraining sessions as needed. Ensure the model adapts to changes in clients' AP practices and coding standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns. Provide regular updates on system performance and enhancements. Gather feedback from clients to drive product improvements
  • Offer ongoing support to clients to resolve any issues promptly. Work with technical support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems. Provide clients with best practices to optimize the use of the invoice processing system
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, system configurations, and training sessions. Prepare reports on system performance, client satisfaction, and areas for improvement. Document changes and updates to the model and system configurations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance and discuss any changes
  • Participate in product development discussions to represent the voice of the customer

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the fintech or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry
  • Previous experience working with machine learning models or AI-driven systems
  • Advanced degree or certifications in a relevant field
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex systems
