Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in inside sales, preferably in the technology, software, or immersive tech industry
  • Strong understanding of global sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and CRM management
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working with clients in multiple industries, such as Healthcare, Defense, or Manufacturing
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities across global markets
  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients via email, phone, and social media
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies for various verticals, including Healthcare, Defense, and Manufacturing
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process
  • Set appointments and meetings for senior sales team members or account executives to present solutions
  • Prioritize leads based on potential and align sales efforts with business goals
  • Maintain and update the company’s CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and all customer interactions
  • Continuously monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring all activities are documented, and follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner
  • Generate reports on key metrics such as lead status, conversion rates, and sales activities
  • Work with sales and product teams to develop detailed proposals and quotes based on client needs
  • Ensure proposals are aligned with the client’s objectives and clearly demonstrate the value of Lucid Reality Labs’ solutions
  • Support the pricing and contract negotiation processes, ensuring all proposals are competitive and align with company goals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound sales inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Assist with product demos and presentations, ensuring potential clients are well-informed about the benefits of Lucid Reality Labs’ XR and AI solutions
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns and customer engagement efforts
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure a deep understanding of the company’s solutions and stay updated on new offerings
  • Support the development of sales training materials and participate in onboarding new team members
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Identify new market opportunities and provide insights into regional market needs
