Summary
Join New Era Technology's Global Digital Transformation team as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR). You will drive lead generation, pipeline development, and campaigns in collaboration with Microsoft and SAP. The ISR is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to create sales opportunities. This role requires a hunter mindset, utilizing phone, email, and social media to build relationships and uncover opportunities. You will collaborate with Microsoft and SAP to drive joint campaigns and leverage partner ecosystems. This position offers competitive benefits and a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Minimum of one year of B2B sales experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, or customer service
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English through written and verbal channels
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outreach to a segmented list of prospects using phone, email, and social platforms, ensuring alignment with New Era’s GTM strategy and campaigns
- Partner with Microsoft and SAP teams to drive strategic campaigns and co-develop pipeline opportunities
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing initiatives using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria and ensure alignment with New Era’s solutions
- Research and identify decision-makers and influencers within prospect organizations using resources like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and industry publications
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to understand their business needs, aligning those needs with New Era’s value proposition
- Document all prospect interactions and updates in the CRM system (Dynamics & ConnectWise), maintaining accurate and detailed records of activities, notes, and opportunities
- Build strong internal relationships with the Business Development team to ensure seamless handoff and progression of qualified leads
- Achieve and exceed KPIs, including: Daily Outreach : 25+ targeted calls/emails/social touches. Monthly Goals : 8 meetings scheduled, 4 qualified opportunities created
- Stay current on technology trends and competitive landscape, particularly within digital transformation solutions and Microsoft/SAP ecosystems
- Attend training sessions to continually improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry expertise
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Microsoft or SAP technology ecosystems is preferred
