IT Associate

Summary

Join Rialtic as an IT Specialist and ensure the seamless operation of our Atlanta office. You will provide on-site and remote IT support, manage employee onboarding/offboarding, maintain hardware and security, and create documentation. This role requires 4+ years of IT support experience, proficiency in Windows/macOS, and familiarity with ITSM tools. You'll contribute to a fast-paced environment and support our mission-driven company. Requirements

• 4+ years of IT support or system administration experience
• Proficiency in Windows and/or macOS, hardware troubleshooting, and network issue resolution
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g Jira Service Management, ServiceNow)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills with a customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Notion

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Ensure SLAs are met and maintain excellent customer service
• Set up accounts, configure devices, and manage user access
• Deploy, repair, and secure devices, enforcing compliance policies and responding to incidents
• Maintain IT knowledge bases, user guides, and compliance policies
• Support SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST requirements, including quarterly access reviews and audit evidence collection
• Maintain local network, Wi-Fi, and video conferencing systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with a compliance focus
• Familiarity with IT automation tools like Workato, BetterCloud, or Zapier, especially when integrated with HRIS, ERP, SSO, or ticketing systems
• Intermediate scripting knowledge and experience working with APIs for automation or reporting
• Familiarity with code repositories and a willingness to collaborate on reusable IT scripts
