Summary

Requirements

• A Degree in business, economics, or information technology
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in EU Projects
• Proven experience working on Agile projects
• Strong proficiency in creating and managing use cases
• Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) / BPM tools

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements to inform project scope and objectives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize user stories and use cases
• Facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus
• Creating and maintaining documentation, including functional specifications and process flows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis methodologies
• Certification in business analysis or Agile practices
