IT Business Systems Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with expertise in NetSuite, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Salesforce to drive system analysis, support, integration, and continuous improvement across the organization.

• 5 years of experience in business systems analysis and IT application support with a focus on NetSuite, WMS, and Salesforce
• Proven ability to measure and report on service levels such as time to resolution and time to response
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, especially agile and sprint structures
• Bachelor’s degree or a related field, or equivalent work experience (required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis and support for NetSuite, WMS, and Salesforce applications, troubleshooting issues and providing resolution on enhancement requests
• Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of these systems across the organization
• Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for application support developers
• Provide hands on administrative or configuration support of Salesforce, NetSuite, and warehousing systems (as needed)
• Maintain technical design documentation and support knowledge libraries for Level 1 and Level 2 support playbooks
• Implement and utilize frameworks to measure service levels, including time to resolution
• Analyze service level metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Plan, prioritize, and manage system changes and enhancements using a sprint structure
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and status reports
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on new functionalities and best practices
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported applications, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals
• Identify opportunities to enhance application functionality and improve user experience
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to NetSuite, WMS, and Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT application support
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration
