Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in an Information Technology or Business-related field
• Possess effective teamwork, written and verbal communication skills, analytical and customer service skills
• Demonstrate knowledge of common testing methods, terminology and industry practices
• Possess technical aptitude and analytical skills, including the ability to understand technical concepts
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between business groups and the technology team
• Identify various technology needs
• Collaborate with your team to define system requirements, scope, and objectives through thorough research and fact-finding

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of programming languages (such as SQL, Python, or Java), database management, and software development methodologies
• Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend effective solutions. Strong problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams. Ability to translate technical jargon into business-friendly language
