Summary

Pathward is a financial empowerment company dedicated to creating financial inclusion for all. They are seeking an IT Solutions Architect to own architectural responsibilities in defining and supporting the implementation of modern infrastructure platforms. The IT Solutions Architect will design and implement information systems, evaluate technology trends, develop roadmaps, lead teams, and collaborate with business and IT partners.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years with a bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Prior experience architecting scalable, secure, and highly available technical solutions
• Practical experience in strategizing and implementing hybrid, public and private cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) which includes costing models and experience optimizing network performance
• Prior banking or financial services and products domain experience
• Prior experience designing and/or optimizing processes to ensure operational excellence
• Multiple successes driving infrastructure and integration architecture in an agile/scrum environment
• Experience successfully planning, influencing, and leading architecture initiatives across IT and business organizations and teams
• Strong organizational and communications skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements information systems to advance and optimize the enterprise infrastructure
• Analyzes system requirements and defines system architecture that will meet business needs
• Evaluates technology, market trends and industry plus identifies prospective impact on business
• Develops roadmap and implementation plan for infrastructure architecture based on IT strategies and business requirements
• Defines and establishes a technical strategy, standards, and guidelines in the infrastructure architecture domain
• Leads, directs and prepares governing principles to drive decision making pertinent to infrastructure architecture
• Defines conceptual infrastructure architecture diagrams in support of large, complex, and cross capability-area initiatives
• Collaborates, educates, and mentors architects and technical leaders across the firm on infrastructure architecture practices

Benefits

• Salary range: $82,918.25 – $153,136.92
