IT Compliance Manager

Summary

Join ChargePoint, a leading EV charging network company, as an Internal Audit Manager to coordinate and supervise the activities of the Internal Audit Unit, ensuring effective internal control systems. Requirements

• 8+ years Internal audit and SOX testing or Statutory audits experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, Business, Technology (IT or Information systems), or related field
• Certifications are preferred (CIA, CISA, CISSP or equivalent certification)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the Internal Audit Unit
• Ensure effective internal control systems
• Identify applicable IT systems and databases based on business processes for SOX
• Perform SOX documentation, including risk and controls matrices and process flowcharts with a focus on ITGC
• Assist and lead efforts to advise on the design of SOX key controls and remediation of deficiencies
• Assist management in designing and implementing internal controls and business processes, including IT General Controls, IT automation controls, and Key reports testing
