Join Syntegon Telstar S.R.U. as a Financial Controller and contribute to the financial management and analysis, purchase order management, and IT cost control and optimization within a global team. Manage essential controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Requirements

• Completed university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• First experience in financial controlling, ideally in an IT or technology-focused environment
• Practical expertise with tools like Power BI, SAP, and other reporting or analytics platforms
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, embrace challenges, and manage diverse tasks confidently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform the described tasks accurately
• Solid teamwork and communication skills will help you to collaborate with remote teams in an international setting
• Very good written and spoken English skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Work closely with remote teams in a global environment
• Be responsible for financial management and analysis, purchase order management, and IT cost control and optimization
• Manage essential controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, year-end closing, accrual processes, and financial reporting in collaboration with your team
• Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights with tools such as Power BI or SAP
• Manage the creation, validation, and monitoring of purchase orders in our purchasing tool
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and keep alignment with budgetary goals
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within IT operations, balancing efficiency with financial responsibility
• Provide support in related fields such as License Management, Project Controlling, and more

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jaggaer is a plus
• German language skills are a plus
