Summary

Applied Labs is seeking a highly motivated IT Customer Support Intern to join their team. The intern will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, creating documentation, and collaborating with team members on various projects. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and previous experience in customer service or technical support are required.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English language proficiency of at least B2)
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Understanding of Microsoft 365

Responsibilities

• Become a member of IT support team in providing technical assistance to internal employees
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide support for common office applications, such as Microsoft Office suite
• Create and update documentation for IT processes and procedures
• Assist in the setup and configuration of computer systems and peripherals
• Perform basic troubleshooting for printers, scanners, and other office equipment

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, call-center or technical support is a plus
