Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a modern IT environment and are comfortable maintaining and supporting SaaS tools, a remote work environment, and have a working knowledge of MacOS
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a diversity of users across the spectrum of knowledge levels and experience
  • You have experience working on IT projects that help transform the business

Responsibilities

  • Remotely administer and troubleshoot systems (Mac OS laptops, MDM [Mobile Device Management], software, Cloud SaaS, networking gear, etc.)
  • Support systems including but not limited to Kandji, Google Workspace, CrowdStrike, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and more
  • Expertise in documentation and ticketing systems in Atlassian (Confluence and Jira)
  • Research and implement new solutions for technical challenges (processes, file storage, device management, access permissions, etc.)
  • Work with our Security and Infrastructure teams to implement security policies
  • Work with IT vendors
  • Maintain an IT asset list
  • Proactively create and update documentation and training pertaining to IT-related processes/resolutions, and assist in developing policy documents regarding internal policies and external compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Scripting experience with Python, GAM, and/or Octa Workflows
