Summary

Join Angi, a leading home services platform, as an IT Governance Director and lead the IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (ITGC) function. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust IT governance framework, identifying and mitigating IT risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, designing and implementing a comprehensive IT control framework, leveraging automation to streamline processes, managing audits and assessments, and leading a high-performing ITGC team. This role requires extensive experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance, a deep understanding of IT control frameworks, and a proven ability to leverage automation for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance, with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness in ITGC processes
  • Deep understanding of IT control frameworks, such as COBIT and ITIL
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as SOX, GDPR/CCPA, and PCI DSS
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a robust IT governance framework, ensuring that IT strategies and investments are aligned with business goals and risk appetite
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks, developing and implementing risk management strategies and controls
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as SOX, GDPR/CCPA, and PCI DSS
  • Design, implement, and monitor a comprehensive IT control framework, including policies, procedures, and controls
  • Leverage automation tools and technologies to streamline ITGC processes, improve control effectiveness, and reduce operational costs
  • Manage internal and external IT audits and assessments, coordinating with auditors and stakeholders
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on ITGC performance, risks, and compliance status
  • Lead and develop a high-performing ITGC team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRISC, or other relevant certifications
  • Experience in the technology, e-commerce, or home services industries
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
