Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct project assessments, including risk assessments
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine project objectives, requirements, expected outcomes
  • Develop detailed, actionable project plans with clear assignments, timelines, and follow-up protocols
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of roles and responsibilities
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to drive successful project outcomes
  • Manage project budgets, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing cost efficiencies
  • Proactively identify potential risks specific to M&A projects, including those related to cross-functional dependencies and resource limitations
  • Develop mitigation strategies, adjusting plans dynamically as challenges arise
  • Oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure and M&A integration projects from start to finish
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures and best practices, proactively managing progress, troubleshooting roadblocks, and providing regular, detailed updates to stakeholders
  • Enforce quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular reviews and audits to maintain project integrity and compliance
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to secure necessary resources, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance
  • Implement effective change management to accommodate scope changes that may arise
  • Proactively assess the impact of scope modifications and develop appropriate plans to manage and communicate these changes to stakeholders
  • Facilitate discussions and obtain necessary approvals when adjustments to project objectives, timelines, or resources become necessary due to scope changes
  • Ensure the alignment of project teams and stakeholders with the revised project scope to maintain project success and minimize potential disruptions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all parties involved in the project, including team members, leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders
  • Establish open and transparent lines of communication with all stakeholders
  • Provide clear and concise updates on project progress and address concerns promptly
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to establish clear accountability for agreed-upon deliverables
  • Maintain a structured follow-up process, consistently checking in on action items and requesting updates to drive progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, creating a knowledge base to enhance future project success
