IT Intern

Summary

Join Seer Interactive, a remote-first digital marketing consultancy, as an IT Intern! This internship, based primarily remotely but requiring in-office presence in Philadelphia on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, offers 15-20 hours per week at an hourly rate of $15-$25. You will manage equipment upgrades, coordinate shipping and receiving, track inventory, and communicate with team members regarding equipment. Requirements

• You have excellent written and verbal communication
• You excel in project and task management
• You are comfortable managing inventory
• You are proficient in hardware + software set-up and disk imaging
• You have done Windows 11 troubleshooting and configuration
• You have the ability to troubleshoot hardware + software issues
• You have technical knowledge and acumen and an interest to learn more
• You can own shipping and receiving equipment
• Work in the Philadelphia office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Responsibilities

• Project manage an equipment upgrade across the organization
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of team hardware
• Partnering with local shipping facility to ensure all equipment is tracked, shipped, and received within a timely manner
• Communicate with team members on their eligibility, status, and equipment
• Image and prepare laptops for upgrades, new hires, and team replacements
• Track all inventory to report on project status to manager and leadership
• May support IT ticketing system requests and concerns, depending on level of technical acumen
