The position requires experience building IT programs from the ground up, managing IT infrastructure at scale, and a deep understanding of maintaining clinical operations. - You’ve managed IT infrastructure and device fleets at scale—ideally across distributed or hybrid teams

Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of laptops, mobile devices, and medical kits across corporate and clinical staff
- Standardize MDM provisioning for nurse practitioner kits and field devices
- Automate device setup and tracking for new hires and remote contractors
- Own the process for secure equipment retrieval, reimaging, and redeployment
- Determine device standards across user groups (Engineering, Ops, Clinical, etc.) and drive upgrade cycles
- Oversee workstation maintenance, OS patching, and endpoint protection
- Build internal IT support workflows with a focus on Slack-based requests
- Triage software access issues and bugs across tools like Zendesk and Five9
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics with People Ops
- Maintain provisioning checklists and day-of support for critical hardware or software blockers
- Create intuitive setup guides and training videos for new devices
- Implement and monitor endpoint protection and secure authentication systems
- Lead vulnerability management, device hardening, and patching
- Develop and maintain incident response playbooks (e.g., lost/stolen device protocols)
- Drive company-wide phishing simulations and staff security training
- Partner with Legal on HIPAA, SOC2, and BAA vendor compliance
- Maintain audit-readiness with clear access logs, device inventories, and written policies
- Support periodic internal and external security assessments
- Manage licenses and contracts for core software: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Figma, etc
- Negotiate renewals and evaluate cost-saving opportunities by eliminating unused tools
- Centralize vendor relationships across Product, Clinical, Ops, and Finance
- Ensure reliable hardware setup for field-based clinicians and mobile teams
- Standardize kits for home-based visits (barcode scanners, printers, mobile hotspots)
- Monitor and troubleshoot field connectivity and wireless signal strength; provide continuous evaluation of best connectivity solutions
- Set baseline expectations and configurations for secure remote work setups
