Requirements

  • Experience with cloud-native companies and tech stacks
  • Experience building efficient processes that help scale IT support, onboarding, offboarding, and other access requests
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, Linear, etc)
  • Experience creating scripts to run processes and flows
  • Strong experiencing on documenting processes
  • Have great communication skills for friendly end user support
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of IT Operations activities
  • Deploy and manage enterprise applications across (e.g., Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, Lever, GitHub, etc) on a day-to-day basis
  • Implement an IT HelpDesk capability and empower Shakers to file help tickets (e.g., account lockouts, password resets, software troubleshooting, etc)
  • Integrate 3rd party SaaS applications and provision access to these applications via SAML/SSO configurations and integrations
  • Document and automate workflows and IT processes, such as employee onboarding and offboarding and access requests
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new employees and offboarding for terminated ones
  • Maintain inventories, provision, and image company-managed user devices (e.g., laptops, etc)
  • Deploy company-wide access control measures to minimize data exposure risks (e.g., VPNs, secured WAPs at physical offices, etc)
  • Manage the Zero Trust framework including gating application behind Cloudflare and building access policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS security services and tooling
  • Experience with Javascript ( Node.js , React Native) and Python
  • Knowledge of the technology behind bitcoin
