Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy to modernize IT systems, processes, and infrastructure in alignment with business objectives
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise-wide IT platforms and solutions to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and improve customer experiences
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for leveraging IT to optimize business processes, improve decision-making, and gain competitive advantage
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors, consultants, and industry experts to stay abreast of industry trends, assess new technologies, and drive IT innovation
  • Drive initiatives to enhance data governance, quality, and analytics capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making and insights generation across the organization
  • Support efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and data privacy laws, implementing robust controls and procedures to safeguard sensitive information
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and communicate the IT vision, goals, and roadmap to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and objectives
  • Serve as primary technical manager contact for helpdesk and IT support technicians on various enterprise IT issues – hardware, cloud, security, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Manage a team managing the installation and maintenance of hardware, cloud services, including all installations, configurations, upgrades, license management, and user onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage, improve, and maintain networks and network equipment for the company's locations
  • Oversee procurement, installation, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and other hardware used in the company offices and remote locations
  • Create and execute best-in-class cybersecurity and disaster recovery processes and plans
  • Promptly manage IT incidents in accordance with company policy
  • Actively participate in budget planning for the IT organization
  • Collaborate with the team to identify, address, and train on IT needs and requirements, including maintaining ongoing employee cybersecurity training programs
  • Control and monitor data, network access, and backup systems
  • Complete client-mandated IT audits and assessments and ensure compliance with client IT requirements
