Requirements

  • Experience in managing brokerage platforms, demonstrating familiarity with industry practices and broker needs
  • Ability to understand and communicate in the language of brokers, facilitating effective communication and rapport-building
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks and resolve challenges independently
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all client interactions
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Broker Support: Act as a responsive and knowledgeable resource for brokers using the DXtrade XT platform, addressing inquiries related to stocks, options, futures, mutual funds, and bonds, and ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, working closely with internal tech teams, and communicating solutions to brokers to minimize operational disruptions
  • Escalation Handling: Manage and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner with clear follow-up communication to the client
  • Client Training: Proactively train brokers to maximize their efficiency on the DXtrade XT platform, guiding them through platform features such as whole share, fractional, and notional order entry, options trading strategies, and real-time management tools
  • Operational Setup: Assist in the seamless onboarding of new brokers onto the DXtrade XT platform, ensuring all operational aspects are fully integrated and functional
  • Platform Familiarity: Provide detailed answers and demonstrations regarding the platform’s capabilities, including web and mobile trading features, risk management tools, and order management systems
  • Documentation Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve documentation, including user guides, to create comprehensive and accessible resources for brokers
  • Client Experience Enhancement: Work closely with product and sales teams to gather and incorporate broker feedback, driving the continuous enhancement of DXtrade XT’s functionality and user experience
