IT Platform Analyst

Summary

This dynamic role involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing platform solutions and individual system components. You will optimize services by balancing availability, security, efficiency, and functionality, collaborating with IT and InfoSec teams. Responsibilities include supporting platform roadmaps, ensuring Microsoft Windows environments' availability, supporting Azure Cloud environments and Active Directory administration, maintaining platform monitoring solutions, and deploying endpoint security measures. You will also automate processes, contribute to disaster recovery, conduct audits, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule. This fully remote position offers a competitive benefits package.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years of experience working with platform solutions and security
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Platform Senior Leads to support short- and long-term platform roadmaps
• Ensure the availability of Microsoft Windows environments within a hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Support Azure Cloud environments and Active Directory (including Azure Active Directory) administration
• Maintain platform monitoring solutions
• Help deploy and manage endpoint security measures
• Automate processes to enhance management tasks and operational efficiency
• Contribute to disaster recovery execution
• Conduct hardware and software audits to maintain compliance with policies
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 infrastructure support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Windows technologies (2016/2019/2022), Azure Cloud, and Active Directory
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and cybersecurity practices is a plus
• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow,, Jira, and platform security tools
• Exposure to Microsoft SQL and cloud-based infrastructure tools
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
