Requirements

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess excellent negotiation skills
  • Have +3 years of experience leading process cycle improvements in engineering teams working in multiple projects simultaneously in different time zones
  • Have a proven track record of successfully orchestrating end-to-end software development lifecycles, spanning requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and release management
  • Have extensive familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD) practices
  • Have strong experience analyzing and improving cross-functional business processes
  • Be proactive in taking ownership of projects and issues
  • Have the capability to manage several projects, areas, and stakeholders
  • Have experience creating process flows and documentation
  • Have experience defining KPIs and Dashboards
  • Be capable of fast-paced execution and delivery
  • Have knowledge of ITIL

Responsibilities

  • Understand all the IT processes of the company
  • Work with the IT teams to define and implement opportunities for improvement to execute tasks most efficiently
  • Support changes with quantifiable metrics that show improvement and progress
  • Become the point of reference for the business processes and methodologies
  • Collaborate with the process analysts & leadership team to make sure that cross-functional collaboration is achieved and touchpoints are done smoothly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in an eCommerce environment
  • Have knowledge of Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM, Project Management, Design thinking, and Digital transformation
  • Have knowledge/experience with COBIT
  • Have knowledge/experience with ITSM systems
