Requirements
- Software implementation projects (ERP/CRM)
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Familiarity with various software technologies and architectures, including cloud-based solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of software implementation projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies
- Manage project scope changes and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the delivery the solutions
- Build strong relationships with vendors and manage contracts
- Communicate project status and updates to all stakeholders regularly
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
- Develop and implement solutions to address project issues and challenges
- Oversee testing and quality assurance activities
- Ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements and performance standards
