IT Project Manager

Requirements

• Software implementation projects (ERP/CRM)
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Familiarity with various software technologies and architectures, including cloud-based solutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of software implementation projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies
• Manage project scope changes and ensure proper documentation
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the delivery the solutions
• Build strong relationships with vendors and manage contracts
• Communicate project status and updates to all stakeholders regularly
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
• Develop and implement solutions to address project issues and challenges
• Oversee testing and quality assurance activities
• Ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements and performance standards
