Requirements
- Extensive experience in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a product development environment
- Solid understanding and historical use of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle
- A history of driving projects to a timely and successful completion with limited direction
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organization skills, oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels
- In-depth knowledge and experience with various tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Knowledge and experience in data driven project management including key metrics implementation, monitoring, trend analysis, risk assessment, and process improvement
Responsibilities
- Initiate, oversee, and coordinate the execution of diverse technical projects involving all stakeholders across multiple departments
- Conduct sprint ceremonies including stand-ups, reviews, planning and retrospectives for multiple product lines and multiple Scrum teams
- Define and implement key metrics to monitor project execution and assess risk
- Develop project plans and timelines for new product releases and other projects
- Conduct ISO 27001 internal audits
- Manage the execution of broad IT technical projects that are based on targeted client deliverables and material infrastructure upgrades
- Define and implement key metrics to monitor project success and assess risk
- Identify, notify, and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with Product Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance, and Data Operations to develop project plans and timelines for all projects
- Oversee the execution and coordinate production releases and deployment processes
- Establish, socialize and reinforce best practice usage of SDLC toolset
- Conduct the annual ISO 27001 internal audit
- Help drive compliance with Quality Management System policies and procedures governing the SDLC process
