Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in a SaaS or acquisition integration environment
  • Strong knowledge of MDM solutions, security tools, and SaaS application management
  • Experience managing global projects across multiple time zones
  • Proven ability to manage change management, testing, and deployments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT projects related to the acquisition, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while managing risks and dependencies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across global time zones
  • Oversee the deployment of a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution to all acquired users
  • Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in device provisioning
  • Manage the implementation of antivirus updates for all new users post-acquisition
  • Coordinate with security teams to ensure compliance and proper rollout
  • Assess existing applications and determine a consolidation strategy
  • Oversee provisioning and access control for company applications
  • Work with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Develop clear communication plans for impacted users and stakeholders
  • Ensure change adoption through training, documentation, and user engagement
  • Proactively address challenges and drive smooth transitions
  • Define testing plans to ensure successful deployment
  • Coordinate deployment schedules and minimize disruptions
  • Provide post-implementation support through structured hyper-care plans

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or PMP methodologies
