Summary

This is a remote Team Lead Sales position at Base8, a US-Canada based technology and business consulting firm. The role requires 8-10 years of sales experience, HubSpot knowledge, international experience or background working with other cultures, leadership experience, proven sales executive experience, excellent communication skills, and a degree in sales & marketing is preferred.

Requirements

  • At least 8 -10 years of experience in sales is required
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • The ideal candidate is an exceptional people manager with proven sales experience
  • International experience or background working with other cultures is required
  • Leadership experience: proven track record in building and coaching sales teams
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability
  • Bring our customer-oriented approach to the next level
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders at both upper management and the C-suite level
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in sales & marketing is plus
