Requirements

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field and professional experience in IT
• Proven experience in complex IT projects
• Proven experience in public and private key technology, also known as public-key cryptography or asymmetric cryptography
• Proven experience of working with Web and Web3 technologies
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Tools
• Experience with blockchain technology
• Experience with solidity programming language
• Experience with smart contract architecture
• Experience with token engineering
• Fluent in English at least at a level B2

Responsibilities

• Join a project that aims to deliver cross-border public services using blockchain technology and deliver interoperability agreements
• Technical analysis and advice on smart contracts and possible interaction with verifiable credentials, token engineering and digital identities
• Assess the feasibility of the use of the above-mentioned technologies to implement a solution that would help preserve IP-rights
• Provide insight on the potential implementation of these technologies, provide practical means to link assets (Verifiable Credentials) with assets deployed on public blockchains (NFTs, e.g. Polygon network)
• Review and validation of deliverables
• Support cooperation with the different services involved
• Regular reporting to the project officer
