Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • ITIL Foundation V3 or V4 *It is a Big Plus
  • Microsoft Azure *Desired
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator *Desired
  • 3 - 5 years working as IT Support Lead, Service Manager or IT systems administrator
  • Proficiency in a variety of operating systems, hardware, software applications, cloud computing, Office 365, Intune, Okta, and network protocols
  • Knowledge and experience in leading projects following PMP and SCRUM
  • In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and ITOM
  • Experience in IT support, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English

Responsibilities

  • Use your knowledge and experience to effectively diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing support processes, and mentoring junior team members
  • Provide mentoring, guidance, and support to the more junior members of your team; sometimes acting as project team lead
