IT Senior Support Analyst

Summary

Thirdera is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Analyst to join their Spain team. As a ServiceNow partner worldwide, Thirdera aims to generate transformation, digitization, and automation for customers at the speed of NOW. The role involves diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, mentoring junior team members, and sometimes acting as project team lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 - 5 years working as IT Support Lead, Service Manager or IT systems administrator
• Proficiency in a variety of operating systems, hardware, software applications, cloud computing, Office 365, Intune, Okta, and network protocols
• Knowledge and experience in leading projects following PMP and SCRUM
• In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and ITOM
• Experience in IT support, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Optimize support processes
• Mentor junior team members
• Act as project team lead when needed
