Requirements

  • Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum completion of two years or more of college preferred prior to the start of your internship
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S
  • Able to work full-time during the 10-week internship experience beginning May 19th, 2025, to July 25th, 2025

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to calls related to technical issues, providing prompt and efficient support
  • Work through assigned tickets, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Open and manage critical tickets, coordinate with the appropriate points of contact, and engage with vendors for major troubleshooting
