Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in English and Korean
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiastic about learning and applying new skills in a practical setting

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Support the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
  • Coordinate project tasks and resources, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team and stakeholders
  • Participate in project meetings, documenting key decisions and action items
  • Assist in identifying and managing project risks and issues
  • Help prepare project status reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Support budget tracking and ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards and methodologies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and resource management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Previous internship or work experience in project management or a related field
