IT Solutions Engineer

As an IT Solutions Engineer, you will contribute to Deel IT's growth objectives, provide technical support to customers, build and enhance device management services, and lead technical support for the sales team and customer base. This role requires expertise in managing Mac & Windows estates, experience with MDM platforms, application packaging and deployment, IT security, and automation using Python, Bash/ZSH, and Powershell. Requirements

• Significant exposure working with and managing a Mac & Windows estate
• Strong previous experience working with a mobile device management platform (MDM) for managing a mixed device estate, such as - Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud
• Experience with application packaging and deployment for both Mac & Windows
• Great working knowledge of IT security
• Experience automating device actions using Python, Bash/ZSH & Powershell
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team of subject matter experts to achieve Deel IT’s services growth objectives
• Provide technical implementation and pre/post sales support services to Deel IT customers
• Build, develop, and enhance Hofy's device management services for sale to a global customer base as well as our IT services offering
• Lead technical support for our Sales team, key stakeholders and customer base
• You will be managing, deploying, configuring, and refreshing devices at Deel

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a team focused on IT experience in providing technical services to 3rd-party customers and internal end-users. Pre/Post sales support would be a bonus
