Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Perform regular system and network monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes
• Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights according to company policies
• Ensure the security of IT systems and networks by implementing and managing security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and data encryption
• Backup and restore data, ensuring the availability and integrity of data in case of system failure or data loss
