Summary
MalOPlusβ’ Group Inc., is hiring for a remote IT Support position. The employee will provide IT support to colleagues in North American branch offices, manage and maintain company and clients' websites, and create and manage user accounts in business applications. Required skills include problem-solving abilities, fluency in English and French, excellent communication skills, good organizational skills, the ability to learn new technologies quickly, and experience working remotely. The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience in IT, knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite Applications, antivirus software, and networking technologies. Education level is a college degree with preferred training in IT and Business Administration, Marketing or Communications. The position is flexible, with part-time or full-time hours and evening and weekend shifts available. Location is anywhere from Canada or USA.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support for colleagues in our North American branch offices
- Respond quickly and effectively to support requests with the goal of first call resolution
- First point of contact for software, hardware, network and VPN related issues
- Image and deploy computers
- Maintain/update images per established procedures
- Manage and maintain company and clients' websites
- Manage computer hardware and peripherals including various printers and supplies
- Maintain accurate documentation of assets and software licensing information
- Create and manage user accounts in business applications
- Create and maintain end-user documentation for software and processes
