IT Support Analyst

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an IT support role
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IP networks
• Experience with Windows 10, Office 365 administration, and Windows Server (2008-2016)
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and IT security best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, server, and network-related issues
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and operate effectively under pressure
• High attention to detail with a sense of urgency in resolving IT issues

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain hardware and software for desktop, laptop, and server systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Office 365, network connectivity, and cloud services
• Provide technical support to internal users, ensuring timely issue resolution
• Assist with new system rollouts, updates, and equipment setup
• Perform daily system health checks to ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain IT records and documentation, including issue tracking and resolutions
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure
• Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
