Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in pricing analysis, campaign analytics, or a related data-intensive role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or similar
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and marketing analytics
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop, analyze, and refine pricing strategies for financial products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market conditions
  • Monitor competitive market trends and assess the impact of pricing changes on member behavior and profitability
  • Design and evaluate targeted marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and return on investment (ROI)
  • Provide insights on pricing elasticity and recommend adjustments to enhance revenue generation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Risk, and Finance, to align pricing and campaign strategies with organizational goals
  • Partner with IT and Data teams to enhance pricing tools and reporting capabilities
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into member segmentation, transaction patterns, and campaign effectiveness to enhance decision-making
  • Utilize statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and A/B testing to measure the impact of pricing adjustments and marketing initiatives
  • Support the development of dashboards and reports to track pricing performance and campaign KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to pricing and promotional activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions
