Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in pricing analysis, campaign analytics, or a related data-intensive role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or similar
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and marketing analytics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and refine pricing strategies for financial products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market conditions
- Monitor competitive market trends and assess the impact of pricing changes on member behavior and profitability
- Design and evaluate targeted marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and return on investment (ROI)
- Provide insights on pricing elasticity and recommend adjustments to enhance revenue generation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Risk, and Finance, to align pricing and campaign strategies with organizational goals
- Partner with IT and Data teams to enhance pricing tools and reporting capabilities
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into member segmentation, transaction patterns, and campaign effectiveness to enhance decision-making
- Utilize statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and A/B testing to measure the impact of pricing adjustments and marketing initiatives
- Support the development of dashboards and reports to track pricing performance and campaign KPIs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to pricing and promotional activities
Preferred Qualifications
