Join Interlaced, a cloud-focused IT services provider, as a contracted IT Support Associate in Buenos Aires! This full-time, remote position requires knowledge of common business technologies and experience with various cloud infrastructure components. You will assist end users remotely via chat, phone, and email. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, stays current with technology trends, and excels at simplifying complex solutions for end-users. Note that this is a contract position with the possibility of transitioning to in-office work 3 days a week in 2025.
Requirements
- Possess knowledge of common business technologies
- Have experience working in diverse technical environments as well as with various cloud infrastructure components
- Possess a technical skill-set and stay up to date with the latest technology trends
- Be able to quickly incorporate new techniques and processes
- Be personable and have the ability to interact with each level of the client's business, from the front desk to the CEO
Responsibilities
- Assist end users through remote sessions via chat, phone and email
- Maintain a dedicated working environment/home office with stable internet connection
- Simplify complex technical solutions and convey them to end users
Preferred Qualifications
Have all the necessary cloud skills (training provided if needed)
