CLUSE is looking for an IT Support to join their team, providing first-line support for incidents and requests, supporting hardware and software systems, and assisting in on-and offboarding employees on ICT equipment and authorization.

Requirements

  • You are currently studying or already graduated with a MBO or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ICT, Information Science or a related study
  • You have some experience with the installation of Enterprise Desktops (Windows 10, Mac OSX) and related software packages (i.e., Zoom, Adobe, Office 365)
  • You have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (considered a plus)
  • You are interested to learn our ERP system (Oracle NetSuite) and assisting people through creating Saved Searches for their daily work
  • You are flexible and you have a hands-on mentality
  • You are available for two or three days (16-24 hours per week)
  • Excellent written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • First-line support for incidents and requests
  • Support on installing and maintaining hardware and software systems
  • Assist in on-and offboarding employees on ICT equipment and authorization
  • Help create and maintain user guides and documentation
  • Identify and analyse problems, manage incidents and pro-actively improve IT systems, functionalities and processes
  • Monitor the various cloud solutions to ensure maximum up-time
