Join Contentsquare as an IT Support Engineer and contribute to maintaining and enhancing our technological infrastructure in our Paris office. Reporting to the IT Support Team Lead, you will provide comprehensive IT support, manage essential tools and systems, and ensure smooth technological operations. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. You will handle various tasks, from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to managing employee onboarding and offboarding. Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience in IT support or a related technical field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common hardware and software issues
- Expertise in user management, access control, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and familiarity with ticketing systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of Mac OS and Windows operating systems
- Understanding of computer networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
- Self-motivation, proactivity, and a commitment to staying current with technological advancements
- Capability to take ownership of projects and demonstrate key accomplishments
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a dynamic start-up environment
- Advanced fluency in English and French
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support (levels 1 and 2) for computer systems, software, and hardware issues
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
- Oversee and maintain key tools such as Gsuite, Jamf, Intune, Okta, Slack, and Zoom
- Handle laptop installation and maintenance
- Conduct network maintenance, including switch and access point installation
- Offer technical assistance for corporate events
- Uphold and promote IT best practices throughout the organization
- Manage storage and maintain adequate supplies
- Oversee budget and purchases, selecting appropriate devices for employees
- Contribute to the development of the corporate IT knowledge base
- Provide both on-site support for the Paris offices and remote assistance as needed
