Requirements

• General IT operations experience including
• Experience with G-Suite or OKTA, also Windows and iOS on basic level
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal learning and development
• Detail minded with an analytical mindset
• Good communication skills with an ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical business users
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Assist in our security administration activities including but not limited to user provisioning, access control, endpoint management, threat prevention and asset management
• Develop and implement access control workflows
• Handle inquiries from internal users and SLA
• Onboarding and offboarding process and setup laptops and user accounts

Preferred Qualifications

• Helpdesk Services will be an advantage
• IT certifications will be advantages
• Minimum 1 year of IT experience will be advantage
• Experience in Physical Office setup will be an advantage
