IT Support Intern

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with basic IT concepts, including hardware, software, networks, and security
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous internship or work experience in an IT support role is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues reported by employees
• Respond to IT support tickets promptly and provide effective solutions
• Help maintain and configure computer systems and other technical equipment
• Support the onboarding process for new staff by setting up their IT equipment
• Participate in IT projects, including upgrades, installations, and maintenance
• Document support processes and create user manuals for team members
