The job description offers a learning opportunity as a IT Support stage at HSO where you can gain practical experience in a dynamic IT environment. As a stagiair IT Support, you will work with a dedicated team to provide technical support to internal users. Your responsibilities include handling incoming support tickets, resolving user technical problems via various channels, managing user accounts, documenting procedures and solutions, and collaborating on projects to improve IT services and systems. To be eligible for this stage, you must be studying a relevant MBO/HBO IT education, have excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude, enthusiasm to learn, interest in IT support and operations, team player ability, and good command of Dutch and English language.
