Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for troubleshooting IT issues
  • Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking protocols
  • Experience with IT support tools and platforms (e.g., remote desktop, ticketing systems)
  • Proficiency in system maintenance and security best practices
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively assist end-users and collaborate with teams
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Assist in maintaining and upgrading IT systems, including servers, networks, and devices
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in compliance with security policies
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical issues
  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems as required
  • Document IT processes, solutions, and user guides to support team knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with teams to implement IT solutions that align with organizational goals

Preferred Qualifications
