Requirements
- Completed Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for troubleshooting IT issues
- Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking protocols
- Experience with IT support tools and platforms (e.g., remote desktop, ticketing systems)
- Proficiency in system maintenance and security best practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively assist end-users and collaborate with teams
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely and effective manner
- Assist in maintaining and upgrading IT systems, including servers, networks, and devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in compliance with security policies
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical issues
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems as required
- Document IT processes, solutions, and user guides to support team knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with teams to implement IT solutions that align with organizational goals
