Requirements

  • Must have an active or current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
  • 2 years of related systems administrator experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide quick and effective technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance
  • Improve client references by writing and maintaining documentation
  • Participate in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language
  • Improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes
  • Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed
